Earn a $20 referral bonus or more when the following conditions are met for the HEVS/Arise referral Program:
Your referral(s) completes an application for position consideration.
- Your referral(s) reside(s) in Arise’s authorized states (California, Massachusetts, Maryland, New York, Oregan, and Connecticut are excluded)
- Your referral(s) complete(s) the Admissions process within 7 days of the profile creation (including signing the Master Service Agreement) and has reached the “Pending” status, and
- Your referral(s) has/have fully enrolled in a client opportunity within a maximum of 20 days after gaining “Pending” status.
- You will receive an increase of $5 extra per new referral (for example 1st referral = $20, 2nd referral =$25 and so on) up to $175.
The following must be met for earnings to be paid out per a referral.
The referral must enroll in a client opportunity within 20 days and pass the client training certification course. The referral must then begin working immediately after certification has been completed.

Program Validity
To qualify for the HEVS referral incentives, referrals must first qualify by passing the background check during the contracting stage once a client is chosen, go through the entire admission process, and provide the name of the certified professional who referred them on their application. See application instructions below
Application Instructions
1. Go to https://www.heavenessentialsvs.com/client-support-professional/
2. During the application process, the applicant must provide the name of the Client Support Professional who referred them to get credit for the referral by entering it on the employment application.
3. They must follow the steps to register to use the Arise Platform as instructed but when asked “Did you learn about the Arise Platform from a call center or one of their agents?” they must enter your User ID/ CSPID during the profile creation process at partnersetup.arise.com
Management Status
After referring 5 or more CSP's that are actively working on a continuous basis you will be eligible to advance to a management status. This involves managing a team of call center reps on a daily basis and getting paid $39.75 extra per month for each rep, 5 x 39.75 = $198.75. Plus bonuses from referrals as mentioned above.
