Our Client Support Professional position allows you to get paid on an hourly base averaging $10 - $15 an hour. Some clients will pay per call rate or minute talk rate. There is no cold calling required, just inbound customer service and you are paid twice a Month.
Some of the responsibilities of a Client Support Professional include:
- Answering inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving customer issues or concerns
- Offering product recommendations or information based on customer needs
- Assisting with order processing, billing, and general account maintenance
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing basic technical support
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing. You should also have strong problem-solving abilities and be able to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism and empathy. Basic computer skills are required, as well as the ability to navigate multiple software programs or customer databases.
