Q. What States are not approved to do business with Heaven Essentials Virtual Services within the Network?
Our client has made a business decision to not support the provision of services from the following states:
- California
- Connecticut
- Maryland
- Massachusetts
- New York
- Oregon
- Wisconsin
Our inbound Sales Agents are nationwide.
Q. How long before I can start servicing clients?
A. Once you have completed all the admissions steps, your next step will be to enroll in a client certification course
of your choice. Our courses may take between 2-4 weeks depending on the client selected.
Q. Will I be paid for the time I spend in the client certification courses?
A. Some clients offer paid training for a portion of training.
Q. What type of services can Client Support Professionals provide for your
clients?
A. Our Client services are not limited to just taking or making calls, you can also choose to provide email, chat or
technical support to our Clients. Our inbound or outbound call types may include any or a combination of the following: sales, customer service, technical support and lead generation. Once you become
a Client Support Professional, you can check the “Opportunity Page” on our portal to learn about the client programs and call types available.
Q. Do I need to form a newly incorporated if I already have a pre-existing
corporation?
A. No. You may use a pre-existing incorporated entity.
Q. Can I have another job while I provide services for HEVS
clients?
A. Yes, you certainly can! You have the freedom to work for other companies while you provide services to our
Clients. However, we do expect our Client Support Professionals to honor their scheduled commitments to our clients and meet all performance standards.
Admissions
Q. Why is a National Background Check required and what are the deciding factors in
passing?
A. Our clients have high integrity standards and, thus, no one can become a Client Support Professional if they are
convicted, pled guilty or pled no contest to a felony or certain misdemeanor charges (such as fraud). Some clients have more stringent standards with respect to being eligible to serve a particular
account.
Most traffic violations do not constitute a disqualifying event. The request is submitted to the search partner via the Web. It takes
approximately two business days to receive the results. Six states require additional background information checks. The six are
Colorado, Nevada, South Dakota, and Vermont. Please click here to review additional information

Q. What will cause me to fail the background check?
A. Applicants with the following elements on their background check will not be accepted: Felony Records: Any
records with dispositions of guilty, convicted, no contest / nolo contendere, adjudication withheld/ deferred adjudication / probation before judgment (if currently under probation), pending, or
outstanding warrant, or that have been negotiated down to a misdemeanor.
Misdemeanor Records: Any records that are classified under any of the following elements:
• Theft / Common Theft (of any kind)/shoplifting
• Possession of drugs
• Prostitution
• Vandalism
• Obstructing justice
• Disorderly conduct
• Assault / Battery
• Breach of the Peace
• Computer Crimes or breaches
If you have any records involving the above with dispositions of guilty, convicted, no contest / nolo contendere, adjudication withheld
/ deferred adjudication / probation before judgment (if currently under probation), pending, or outstanding warrant, you will not pass.
Q. Can a Client Support Professional who moves to a different state still service client
applications?
A. You may continue to provide service as long as you are located within the United States and have access to
broadband internet connectivity
Q. Can I use the wireless network in my home to complete the admissions
process?
A. Wireless networks are not supported during the admission process due to drop calls. In addition, as a Client
Support Professional (CSP) you will not be allowed to use any wireless connections to provide service to your client applications.
Q. Is there an upfront investment to get started for the admissions process and office
setup?
A. Yes, you are responsible for paying for a background check, personal desktop computer, headphones and phone line
connection to be able to take incoming calls through the phone software that will be provided.
Q. Is there a semi-monthly service fee to enter
into a business relationship with HEVS?
A. Yes, We are charged a semi-monthly fee of $19.75 for each active agent currently using the call
center Platform to service a client program.

Platform to service a client program.
You will only see
deductions from Heaven Essentials Virtual Services for $19.75 for the Platform to offset our cost of doing business and all supportive administrative services we offer to our
contractors. This includes but not limited to utilizing our database systems, gain access to the client platform without having to incorporate your own business. Direct Deposit payroll processing,
End of the year 1099 form preparations. Provide Sign-on incentives when enrolling with a client and completing training.
No CSP is charged the fee until the first invoice period after they begin providing customer interaction services to its
first client. This fee will only be taken while working in your business.
Q. Will I receive any bonuses with this position?
A. Yes, Clients often have performance bonuses and incentives that are awarded to Client Support
Professionals. CSP's will find out more information about this after joining the corporation.
Q. Are there any other incentives for joining the Heaven Essentials Virtual
Services Corporation?
A. Yes. We offer a CSP referral program where current and active CSP's may receive up to $175 per referral to our
corporation. We pay exactly what the Client pays.
B. We offer recognition who have worked above and beyond there Metrics
requirements.
C. We offer growth and advancements to a management status and partnership within the company of
HEVS.
Q. Do you offer health insurance?
A. No, health insurance can be obtained through a third party service such
as healthcare.gov or other health insurance programs during open enrollment. We will notify CSP's during that time.
Technical Requirements
Q. What are the minimum computer
requirements?
A.Processor: 1.4 GHZ or better (2 GB RAM or better
RECOMMENDED)If upgrading from a slower processor, consider purchasing a new system. It is usually more cost effective.
Hard Drive: 80 GB with at least 15GB of free space
CD-ROM : 48X Speed CD-ROM R/W, R/W DVD, or a 3 1/2
Sound Card & Speakers: 32-bit sound card and a pair of desktop speakers, 19 inch or larger
monitor
Q. Can I use my existing home telephone to receive
calls?
A. No. You need a separate landline telephone dedicated to receiving incoming calls. This line cannot be used for any
other incoming or outgoing personal calls. HEVS does require you to provide us a separate contact telephone number. In addition, no one should have this phone number other than
HEVS.
Earning Potential
Q. How long will it take before I
can begin earning money with HEVS?
A. The Admissions process can be completed in as little as 1 day! Certification courses required to service a
particular client can take between two days and several weeks to complete. Once the Client Support Professional has joined the corporation and obtained the certifications, the Client Support
Professional will begin earning income by servicing that client.
Q. Can a Client Support
Professional provide service on a part-time basis and service more than one client application?
A. To maintain proficiency Client Support Professionals service each of their
clients for no fewer than 15 hours each week as specified in the Statement Of Work. However, each client’s minimum weekly hour requirement varies. Many Client Support Professionals work at least 25
hours a week to have the opportunity to service two clients.
Q. How many hours can I
work?
A. Through your IB you can work as many as 40 hours or more per week. However, there is a minimum of 15 hours per week
that must be met under the terms of the Statement of Work (‘SOW”) on most client applications. Our clients has hours for CSPs to service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The hours available for a
specific client will be outlined in the Opportunity Announcements you receive once you complete the Admissions Process.
Q. Are we responsible for our own
taxes or is this handled automatically?
A. Yes. As an Independent Contractor, you are responsible for handling your own taxes. Heaven
Essentials Virtual Service will provide a 1099 Form at the end of the year.
Q. How will I be paid and how often?
A. Client Support Professionals working under HEVS Inc. Are paid via direct deposit only. CSP’s will
receive compensation twice monthly-on the 15th and the end of each month. If payday lands on a weekend or holiday then monies will be paid out on the next business day.
Q. How many client opportunities are available at any given
time?
A. Our network offers a large selection
of year-round opportunities. On average, there are approximately seven different opportunities posted on the portal that you can choose from.
