Daily responsibility to provide service to our clients:

• Providing call center services from home
• Supporting some of the largest companies in the world
• Documenting all issues, resolution and follow up actions
• Learning about products and services to accurately and efficiently resolve customer inquiries on the first contact

Position Requirements

• Able to work independently and without supervision.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications.
• Superior Customer Service Skills.
• No Felonies.
• No Misdemeanors related to computer security, theft, fraud or violence.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• A minimum of 18 years of age.
• Call Center or general Customer Service Experience
• Must have a computer with high-speed Internet access at home 
• Dedicated corded telephone line at home (if needed)
• Gaming headset for computer and a headset for home phone. (i5 or i7)

• Excellent verbal and listening skills

• Professional and articulate voice
• Home office that is noise & distraction free
• Ability to provide superior customer service (via webcam) while navigating multiple systems including the use of chat to ask and receive internal support
• Excels working in a fast paced environment with evolving business needs
